ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ESTONIA VISA

1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Cameroon Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to Cameroon for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Visa Lounge. Person who seeks employment in Cameroon is not eligible to apply through Visa Lounge.
3. Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to Cameroon. Visa Lounge also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Business:
1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. 
Please note
      a) Passports issued beyond 10 yrs. will not be accepted by the Embassy 
      b) Handwritten passports will not be accepted.
      c) Indian passports with any “observation” will not be accepted.
      d) Attach all your old passports (if any)
2. Estonia Visa Application Form : online application form- we will fill up the form and forward the same.
3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) 
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Covering Letter : Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of the visit, duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, The Visa Officer, Embasy of Estonia, New Delhi.
5. Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Estonia host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
6. Financials :-
      a) Company’s and Personal ITR for last 02 years
      b) 03 month salary slip.. In case of company employee 
      c) Original Bank Statement for last 03 months with Bank Seal and Sign. Note: Bank statement Should be on A4 Size Paper. 
7. Company Registration Certificate /Company GST copy
8. Hotel Booking : Hotel Confirmation for the entire period of stay in schengen area
Please Note Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Estonia
9. Airline Reservation : Ticket Itinerary
10. Medical : Original Medical travel Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros. Insurance to be done by the Authorized Insurance Companies

Tourist:

6. Occupational Viability 
      Self Employed:
      a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation 
      b) Brief Company Profile 
      c) Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director) 
      d) Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm) 
      e) Import / Export License (if applicable)

      f)  ITR last 02 years 
       g) Original Bank Statement for last three months with Bank Seal and Sign. Note :Bank statement Should be on A4 Size Paper.
       Employed
      a)  Company NOC letter from Employer
      b)  Three month salary slip 
      Student
      a) Leave Sanction Letter from school   
7. Hotel Booking : Hotel Confirmation for the entire period of stay in Schengen area
